cancellation policy

The appointment time is reserved specifically for you. A last minute cancellation leaves a gap in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. B3 requires a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel, change, or miss your appointments less than 24 hours you will be charged a 50% of the original appointment cost (subject to HST with massage therapy) cancellation fee. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Privacy & Use of Information

Your personal health information is important to us. Any health information provided can be collected, used and disclosed with your consent or the consent of a guardian and/or authorized person. B3 will collect and protect all personal health information as per the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) guidelines. These guidelines can also be accessed on the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario website. B3 will only release information for potential referrals to other health care providers with your consent.
